Drop Zone Tahiti made the finals in the Blue Ocean Film Festival's International Film Competition

The Blue Ocean Film Festival just announced the 2010 international film competition finalists. They received more than 350 entries in 19 categories submitted by the most talented ocean filmmakers from around the world.

The competition was intense, but Drop Zone Tahiti was selected as a finalist in the 'Ocean Sports' category. All Finalist films will be screened during the Festival (August 24 - 29) Monterey, California, USA in one of 6 Monterey Peninsula theater venues.

We are getting things done for the movie premiere of The Drop Zone.  The movie poster was finished today and will be going out to the printers tomorrow.  Cheyne Magnusson, Alex Gray and Holly Beck will be on hand at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas to sign the posters.

The Drop Zone Trailer

Check out the "The Drop Zone" trailer created by Body Glove Entertainment guru, Greg Browning. The trip includes Body Glove team riders, Cheyne Magnusson, Alex Gray and Holly Beck. They traveled to Tahiti to go surfing and diving. A full feature article will appear in Transworld Surf in the December issue which will be on sale 10/21/08. The "The Drop Zone" movie will be out soon also. Look for it.
