Body Glove at A1 Scuba!

Located in Denver Colorado A1 SCUBA is one of the most hard core dive shops in the country. Originally founded in 1959 by Ernie and Violet Busnardo, the shop has always been family owned and family operated, much like Body Glove. Today Ernie and Violet's daughter Lynn, her husband Scott and their son Shane run the shop. We attended the 28th annual TENT event last weekend and we were blown away with what we witnessed.

Day one opened with a screening of Drop Zone Fiji where 150+ divers packed themselves into a screening room adjacent to the dive shop. The movie was received with its' usual hoots and howls and upon its' completion we gave away a new EXO dive suit in a raffle. Saturday and Sunday were spent under a giant tent out in front of the shop where countless divers spent time meeting with all the brand vendors that the shop carries. We were lucky enough to connect with dozens of passionate divers with a thirst for knowledge about Body Glove, whats new and whats next.

The highlight, however, had to be Saturday night when our whole group 100+ divers were treated to a behind the scenes look at the Denver Aquarium, one of Denver's hottest dive locations. We're already looking forward to next year and hope to see some of you there. For more information go to:

Body Glove Covers Red Bull Candola

What a beautiful day it was in Fort Lauderdale, Florida - the Venice of America - as 20 sea-fearing teams took to the New River between Huizenga Plaza and Esplanade Park for the first ever Red Bull Candola. Body Glove was stoked to keep the "athletes" safe and sound in the latest Coast Guard Approved PFDs.
From Vikings to aliens to pirates and more – today’s lineup was anything but boring as teams entertained thousands of Fort Lauderdale residents with their wacky costumes, hilarious skits, and, most importantly, their gondola-making skills.
Team Techno Vikings from the University of Central Florida took top honors and set the standard for future Red Bull Candola events.
“It was a great excuse to have a lot of fun,” says Techno Vikings captain Matt Melheim. “This being the first Red Bull Candola, I think we raised the bar up there. I hope it helps bring the event to a bigger level next year.”
